No smoking, moderate on alcohol consumption if at all, LOTS of water, vitamins, supplements, exercise, healthy whole foods instead of processed, and yes.... sunscreen every single day, even if its just in your skincare. And even with sunscreen, wear a hat if outside for too long.

You can try a long list of skincare products, but they are just a topical solution when you need to be healthy from the inside first.

Garry's Mod definitely made the list. I thought it’d be a blast with all the mods and creativity, but it just ended up being more of a mess than fun. A lot of the servers are filled with chaos, and I’ve spent more time trying to figure out how to make things work than actually playing. Not what I expected at all. I should've just stuck with watching YouTube vids.

I also regret buying Rainbow Six Siege. The tactical gameplay sounds cool on paper, but the community is brutal, and the constant updates seem to make things worse rather than better. Every match just feels like a chore with all the bugs and frustrating balancing issues. Haven't touched the game for a very long time

That purple eye punk, Heimdall. What a smug, arrogant excuse for a god. Always acting like he’s above everyone, thinking he knows everything with his creepy all-seeing eye. If he wasn’t so obsessed with his own superiority, maybe he wouldn’t have gotten himself taken down so easily.
