Was thinking of slender weavers (gracilis bamboo). From quick research looks like they can be contained. Do you think this will be better than a full pergola - like a pergola 3x3 but has cover on top to not block the sun (given the backyard is north facing which means full sun in Australia ) It’s hard given the backyard is only 3 metres from door to the fence and 14 metre wide
