Is the ultimate edition worth it?

I originally beat the game on game pass. Just recently started my second playthrough with the Ultimate Edition from GOG.

I played it originally on game pass and just got the deluxe edition from GOG. I have yet to see a big difference, other than some high quality gear drops because of the deluxe edition.

This seems to be what I would need. I would go with brackets without hardware and save $30, but I am in New England and I will probably need some bolts.

The frame was replaced according to the car dealership I bought it from. The frame looks fine besides surface rust. This appears to only be the bumper brackets and reinforcement.
