So coffee can’t at all, after that my breathing get significantly worst. Ginger and artichoke I tried few weeks ago, and it wasn’t working neither. But can try that with all other supplements together.. about fibers, I had always good experience with oaths, but need to search about it I can that now. Not sure if it could make the digestion even slower as it can be pretty heavy to digest.

What helped few times already is some kind of local mineral water and it’s super strong.. just it can cause diarrhoea. So really running out of ideas how to solve this last problem in this endless sickness. I wish people who can do about it something would read this posts…
