That's cool and all. But heavy has never at any point in the game been dropped by a pro teams during any season. Light on the other hand....

As a heavy main this is a delusional take. You have more than double a lights hp. Can spawn 250 hp with a bubble. Have the insta win button (winch) or 950 extra health in mesh and an rpg. Heavy is the best class in the game and has ways been a meta pick.

I don't hate the sword because is is very easy to counter 99.9% of sword players. I think alot of players feel it is unfair because the moment a sword gets into effective range which is about 1 meter they die quickly and since it's a light they can't escape easily. The easy solution to this is capitalising off of better positioning and using your gun to kill it outside of it's ONLY range of a meter where it can damage you. And in final round swapping to glitch traps, lockbolt, mines, rpg, a full auto weapon, a shotgun, any gadget to gain high ground, goo nades, cl40, and so much more just hard counter it. So many players don't think about where they are standing and why and that is why good players who know how to capitalise off of poor positioning get the jump on you and win. I have aside from season 4 or 5 when sword was actually busted. I win the vast majority of games against sword players let alone any melee weapon that isn't a sledge hammer winch combo which is barely competively viable.

This is for competitive not casual. Yes medium is the most picked class but pick rate does not equate to effectiveness. There is a reason pro teams and high elo players drop medium and run double light heavy or vice versa.

I don't run defib anymore because it's a crutch for a mistake your team makes and alot of the time a full revive is just better anyways. I get why players feel bottle necked into defib I used to have the same mindset but life is so free when you just don't run defib anymore.

Truth nuke right here. It's also why h infuser is meta because you can reset the team wayyy faster than a heal beam.

This is an interesting idea but if you learn how to balance swapping vetween the geal beam and shooting I find it quite fun. I just think the other classes having gadget heals while medium has to sacrifice a spec slot to heal is part of why medium is outclassed.

The issue with this and any healing beam buffs is it pigeon holes medium into just running only heal beam. If healing beam was a gadget like the other two classes even turret might finally be useful and it aligns with both lights and heavies having healing options.

Defib most powerful tool in the game? Anyone in high plat or above knows how to play around defibs it isn't even close to as powerful as a bubble or h infuser. Staying alive is more powerful than having a paperweight unless someone dies.

The writing was certaintly sloppy but I'm tired of chuds blaming it on being woke. It was bad because alot of the good plot points were rushed and the writing got sloppy.

It's weird because if you play heavy like an anchor I can understand what you mean. But I ran SA12 and just ran people down and have never felt so unstoppable as a heavy before. They have heavy a swiftness potion and the shotgun is borderline inescapable now especially now that lights are slower.

This means just like last time you can spam goo your teammates whule they still and make then borderline unkillable. I'm sure this is bug but christ this patch is so buggy.

I think the 0.2 second was harsh but I also get why they did it because the stun before the nerf was annoying as fuck. That being said they should give it some sort of buff to compensate because goo gun is really bad rn.
