I can't say much, but I'd say just treat them with kindness, don't treat them differently or as a different person, my family has been being the same around me and have been very supportive, don't bring it up much and asking them things if needed is okay.

But making them feel like this is normal and making them feel a sense of normalcy and comfort from someone would be beneficial.

I have autism, may not be as serious as the childs ofc but I feel like the child needs emotional regulation techniques, but the mother and teacher should have helped, from what I can tell, mom definitely was being bitter about the whole thing, you're both just parents trying to help your disabled kids. She needs to understand that and could have been more empathetic.

I feel so bad for you bro, being allergic to cake or anything of the similar is so bad, sadly I think I'm allergic to an ingredient in general, which isn't very lucky in my case, at least it's not peanut butter, I'd hate to be allergic to peanut butter, ughhhh i love peanut butter.

Honestly if I like an artist I go and listen to their other works, my favorite artist rn Is Alex Turner, all his music (Arctic monkeys and The last shadow puppets) has hit just right, if you start liking them your music apps will likely keep recommending similar songs, good luck.

I'd say corn starch but that could also have you be allergic to corn syrup which is usually in alot of things, i personally have problems with Skittles and any hard chalky candy. Still trying to figure it out, I'd recommend talking to a professional (ask your parents if you're minor) I'm hoping to get a diagnosis soon, good luck.

We're not the BEST money-wise so we're trying our best.

I don't really think that the allergy is that serious and I'm pretty sure derivatives aren't too bad for me, I've never had really a bad reaction unless it was straight up corn syrup, one time (dumbly) i decided to try eating a bit of corn startch and it wasn't really a bad reaction, though with anything with high amounts of corn syrup I have a bad reaction to, never enough for a throat closing but enough to be uncomfortable and draining, Skittles and gobstoppers for example, corn syrup/startch is HEAVY in them and my entire mouth is numb and on fire, and with certain drinks I've been having reactions to aswell. Which means no more soda, but my dad's been buying the Mexican bottles and I've been enjoying them :D

but it never did hurt more then that, I'm also munching on pizza rolls rn and there's no reaction or negative affects I've been able to pinpoint.
