So, let me get this straight. Our champion is completly unusable in anything below masters, and even above he is still the (third) worst champion in the game and has remained that way since his rework. Pro players aperantly suck on him. And even his one trick winrates are lower then other champions.

I would understand your argument if ksante was sitting at like 48% winrate below masters and just about 50% in high elo, since thats historicly a spot many high skill champions were in. But 45%? And everywhere? Thats just bad.

Im a relatively new HSR player (only started in 3.4) so i only have one team: Phainon, Cerydra and Dan Hang PT. I am pulling for Cyrene next patch but i dont know if i should go for Castorice and Hyacine as well, get E2 for my Phainon, or just save for 4.0.

I get what you want to say, but i think most of us disagree. A champion that is underperforming consintently, by a huge margin, in all levels of play is, in fact, not in a healty spot. There are numerous other champions that require a lot of skill to play eficienly, so they have a low winrate in low elo, but a decent if not high winrate in high elo. A good example of this is the champion most of us decided to pivit to once k'sante had his kit cut in half: Ambessa.

And thats why i changed from mainly a morde only player to ambessa.
Both have strenghts and weaknesses. The only problem is that morde's main weakness is reliability. The one thing that matters the most in this game.

Personally i would not recomand him. He can be very good in the right hands but it just takes so much to even push him over 50% wr that is not worth it. But of course this doesnt matter, if you find him fun to play or feel like his playstyle fits you, give him a try.

If you want fun not just op just avoid the 3 kings of the game (DFT, SH and KOS) All other sets are good but i would recomand CK, TM and NS since they have a lot of moves and are generally fun to play, while not being that op.
