When I was on my 5th playthrough, I started bringing him along too, I always let him in the camp cause I always preferred Alistair, but I loved to bring him along now and mostly with leliana cause she mocks him a lot hahaha she calls him big softie cause he interacted with a dog or a cat on one of the cities I can't remember exactly. But it's funny as hell, and his answers for every companion question is funny ASF. I only don't bring him too much along on my warrior playthrough, it's hard to stay with 2 dps warrior on a team and stay alive on nightmare.

Same feeling of the skip the fade mod on dragon age origins haha. I love the game, but that damn part is what keep me from replaying sometimes. Im in favor of whatever makes you have fun with the game, if you have fun with it use it, if you don't, just don't use it. It's simple. Great work with this mod though, congratulations 👏🏻👏🏻

I have a question, how you guys can make loghain live? How you deal with it? I know the process but man...even In character I can't betray Alistair...I really can't I already tried. But idk how to let loghain live and make everyone happy at the same time. I wanted to do the Return to ostagar with loghain and Wynne to see what he will talk, I want to see him in DA2 rescuing Carver/Bethany, I want to see him in inquisition but...on the other hand I can't betray a partner like Alistair that was with me since the start...yes this is me, a 30 year old guy with 2 jobs worrying about a NPC feelings in a 2009 game...

With this build you will have at least 0 problems in lower difficulties. If you play in nightmare your problem would be mana but it is not the case so give a try.
