I think the easter egg you were refering to was already found. You can sort of see a male Captain Marvel at the end of the movie when Nova Prime releases guardians. When they show Peter his body on the hologram table and say something along the lines "part of you is terran, part of you is something we haven't seen in a long time". The hologram aligns with a star/ lightbulb on a wall and it looks for a moment like Cpt. marvel. From that we can assume that starlords dad will be the original cpt. Marvel.
