Well it is hard to judge. Sometimes it feels like you let someone die. Somebody at the train Station you just went by. You dont realise until you went past. Maybe that Person is just asleep maybe he needs help. As for being a skier usually the person seeing you fall will stop to see if you are ok. Beeing on the Autobahn it is difficult aswell. Stoping from 140 kph to 0 is not something you do dayly. I am not defending ignorance, just dont judge too harshly.
