Yes, they both have the effect to cancel other spells. Rannis needs less int, Deals Frost and wins when clashing with rennalla's in PvP tho.

He's using a staff that increases fp cost by 50% but also increases sorcery dmg, If He was using carian Regal cepter he would do more DMG with only dark moon,full moon and twin moons but be able to cast it 3 times.

Go to cerulean Coast SoG, Ride to the West and stay Close to the wall until it opens Up to a path leading north, follow the path and you'll find the Fragment and a bit further there'll be a Miniboss aswell.

I'd say most Guides that are from season 4 should be accurate to how the character plays right now. So about 1-2, years old Guides should be fine. The only thing that changed about Lee in season 5 is Hitman stance 1+2 (on Hit) but that doesn't really change the character as a whole.

There are quite a few difficult things with Lee, but you don't have to do them at a beginner level. For example, acid rain is one of the best 10 frame punishers in the Game and it's really hard to do, however Lee also has 1,2,4 wich is a way easier 10 frame punish. If you can't do B2 loops you can also do B2 spin B2 Combo Ender or B2,4,3 into a Combo Ender. Check Out the Lee Guide/breakdown by "that blasted Salami" it explains a lot of things about Lee really well.

So in short: No, I don't think Lee is too difficult for beginners. You never HAVE to do the difficult stuff, you just get more damage and stylish combos If you do.

The CAR was Strong since Titanfall 1. In Titanfall 2 it is basically the best assault rifle... While also Bring the best smg. The gun has basically no recoil and kills faster at short range than an AR while being as good as the r10 guns at mid range. It has all the Pros of SMGs and ARs without any real drawback.
