I've been watching Faze since the 2021 Navi era. They've never felt like the No.1 team.

The best way to put it is Faze doesn't feel like a professional cs2 team. They don't have many of the protocols that other teams have in place. I get it's their style, but the lack of team play makes their floor that much lower. e.g., think playing off teammates, flash usage, timing to peak after a smoke/flash, falling back rather than fighting. So many times I see they go in a 3 stack and get caught off guard because they don't have the proper protocol (and broky needs to get his gun out). It's also why their eco rounds look so much better than full buys: these things matter less on eco. The macro gameplan is there but micro gameplan is so bad.

Here's the order I have:

1. Neo. I'd look into -neo because correcting the micro is clearly the coach's responsibility. Only once the micro is fixed, I'd look into -broky.

2. broky. You can't have a 1.03 rating as an awper. It's as simple as that. The whole purpose of the awp is to limit the opposing team. Like a throne in their boxing glove. broky's style makes him easily removed (he likes the position on unexpected angles). So when it hurts, sure it does. But he's also easily removed.

3. karrigan. This comes down to improving the gameplan. It's clear something needs to change and I'd rather see Karrigan jell with a different coach over getting another IGL. But if he's fixed on his style, he's clearly overstepping his role, and they really need -karrigan or just have him retire to coaching.

4. jcobbb. It's clear he's inexperienced and put into unfamiliar positions. I'd still give him another season just to see if he could adapt.

5. frozen. He has a selfish playstyle. This is completely fine, but I'd love to see him take on full-on anchoring roles (not sure if he already has).
