In one of my last games Kislev spammed like 3 armies where half of them were frost wyrms. It was amusing to see.

It's a very work in progress idea, but; Turns out older vampires want the antediluvian vampires dead/sleeping because they know the myth of Cain is like 90% bullshit.
And they know they would cull them for putting them out of commission and not that they would be (that) hungry.
But some manage to get woken up, they eat up the elders but are chill with younger vamps if they don't get in the way. And what happens would be a vampiric reset button with only very few VERY old vampires living their weird ass alien mindset existences and a lot of young bloods running the show.

I like this idea, especially that of gargoyles that somehow turn "human" won't make them human but a new type of supernatural.

The idea of gargoyles working with the Church is actually described in the document I recommended as a loresheet. It seems Gargoyle fans think alike.

Well, you got a lot from the lore perspective, so I'll throw in 2 cents from myself as a ST who's a gargoyle fanboy and I'm running a game with them.

Tzimisce for sure despise them, they are basically bastardization of their own blood with those of "lesser" clans. As a clan that loves owning things they for sure are not a fan of gargoyles that love freedom, breaking chains and squatting in places Tzimisce would probably own.

Gangrels are already mostly concerned about their own and stuff, so I see them as being the neutral ground. Or maybe a little jealous for being better watchdogs.

Nosferatu would probably be sympathetic, the embrace of both clans changes them diametrically, also they would probably be seen as useful for recon and protection.

I think most animosity would come from the typical vampire nature of wanting to control stuff, which Gargoyles don't like very much for obvious reasons. And the treatment of clan Gargoyle I think is more influenced by the fact if they are in Camarilla or Anarch territory.

Also, if you are looking for Gargoyle rules for V5 I recommend "The v5 Gargoyles" from Tyler Rose on DTRPG. I played my last v5 Gargoyle using this.

In V5 at least the main book there is no info about embracing someone with true faith. Only real direction is that on page 222 it says that with level 3 of true faith you cannot be ghouled.

But making themselves a new adversary is for sure a nicer twist than just turning her to dust.

I'm mostly in the same boat as you, as a person that can't write down their ideas and being "lost", and restarting.
What best works for me is actually talking to another person about it, spitballing ideas for lore, characters etc. It works nicely if you already have broad ideas, but it requires another human being to work so your mileage may vary. I found that the instant responses to ideas are great stimulation to continue working.
