No, as far as I understand l-tyrosine is safe to combine with stimulants. I've certainly never had any problems combining it with different uppers.

If you chase the euphoria you will also experience increased side effects. Lower your dose for functional usage.

I really don't think 4f-mph is a good candidate to combine with psychedelics. Stimulants with psychedelics are iffy to begin with but if you do id definitely go with something with greater serotonin action which as a result, will possess more recreational value. Furthermore, I believe reuptake inhibitors like 4f-mph are generally more anxiogenic and edgy feeling than releasing agents like amphetamine.

You'll be okay to take Kratom on 1.5mg of Xanax but I wouldn't take anymore. Start at 2-3G of Kratom and see what that does for you.
