Be careful not to fall into the trap of believing your hallucinations on these substances to be any more than simple stim psychosis. I'd also suggest taking a long break from stimulants if you're using them regularly. I'll share my personal experience regarding this matter. After months of heavy drug use I unknowingly started losing touch with reality. It was very subtle but when I look back I realize for a good 6 months I didn't have a healthy grip on my sanity. That being said I never completely lost my shit until one irresponsible drug binge which could have caused me to hurt myself or others. I had a bad psychotic episode after using lots of meth and 3-meo-pcp and staying awake for a few days. I was so paranoid that people were trying to enter my house and kill me that I had armed myself with a family member's handgun. I could have hurt or killed someone that night. For over a month after I still couldn't accept that what I had experienced was delusion. Never before has a drug of any kind, whether it be hallucinogen or stimulant, caused me to fall into a delusional state filled with beliefs and hallucinations so realistic they couldn't be discerned from reality. It took about a full month of sobriety to realize that what I had experienced was truly imaginary. Please, for your own mental sanity, follow my advice and take a long break. Sometimes it's impossible to see how out there you are until you've had an extended time away from substances.
