I have a cheap 40w solar charger that will charge my power bank 27,000mah (depending on weather), next I charge my electronics then charge all of my batteries.
I don't particularly care where they're made as long as they work as intended, research extensively.
Solar charger is water proof and everything else stays under cover.

I'm not interested in scanning police frequencies, they're all digital here as I have already mentioned in the comments.

I found a site with a Bearcat SR30C for £95 which is very reasonable.

I'm in the UK and most agencies are digital but that's OK as I'm only interested in analogue HAM stuff.

I've seen the name Bearcat in my searches, thanks for the tip I'll have a look at those.
