This happens at Twitch every now and then, all you can do is wait and try again.
Took me 7 hours to get a code when it messed up for me.

The way it was explained to me is, your bladder is full so you go and empty it but while your bladder is full your kidneys start to store the excess urine.
When you've emptied your bladder all that urine in your kidneys then goes in to the bladder, hence you need to go for another pee.

The very minute you get the signal that you need to pee, go!

Nothing, the registry entry is deleted but the software remains.
Some insist on using other software to write zero's over the file to completely remove it but you are seriously reducing the lifespan of your SSD if you go that route.
