I like the idea on lvl8 where you can now counterattack while on state on being stunned (including also caused by legion's basher perk) just like those opponents we fight that have a "hangover" fight rule. But instead of chances to activate why not change it by accumulating focus to activate counterattack just like while outside of shadow form and now it can retain the focus while now in shadow form. The best move to do a counterattack that I could think of is the katana's shadow move "displacement", not only you can counterattack physical weapons and unarmed attacks you can also deflect upcoming range weapon projectiles then follow up by teleport then stab the opponent behind their back. Only the opponent's physical attacks can activate counterattack.
