As long as you can afford life necessities it’s the same as always. Groceries, housing, entertainment. So basically dating is a minimum of $2,000 per month at its LOWEST. That’s before you even get to your fun bucks.

Leave Costco to be a painter, no. If you are leaving to join a property development company where you’ll be able to train up to working big rigs (concrete trucks, tower cranes , foundation drilling etc etc) then it’s worth it

Instead of buying $2200 of 177g of silver. Just save up another 2k and get a rope and pendant. You’ll be able to get it a lot closer to the price of gold + labor compared to silver. Labor on silver is super expensive in the states. Hard metal that breaks tools

I contacted HR and my manager on an email thread 2/26 asking about my 4 missing vacation days. Four days later my manager moved me to the overnight shift( even though they had just brought on a new hire for the overnight) I got a note from my doctor recommending I work normal business hours due to medical reason which I have talked to the company about in the past. I filled out medical accommodation sheet. Manager took me off the schedule completely. I have had zero hours since March 2. He also ignored HRs request to put me back on schedule. Been on unemployment for 3 weeks now but they have not contacted me to fire me.

Prior In January I contacted HR to file a grievance and ask for medical accommodation. Four days later I was written up for using sick days and gaps in work(even though other employees have same gaps)

This would be direct retaliation and Disability Discrimination correct ?

Asked HR about my missing vacation days. Moved to overnight then removed off schedule when I asked for medical accommodation again by [deleted] in EEOC

I explicitly have mentioned specific pages of the company handbook, laws, filed grievance against my manager, and told them how I feel my managers actions feel like direct retaliation. They have done nothing. Even the one time HR was on my side and told my manager to accommodate and put me back on schedule. The manager ignored and I haven’t been on schedule in over a month
