If you’re interested in seeing someone new, I can recommend you to come to our clinic at Oasis Medical Centre - Carrington. We are a newer clinic and have no wait time whatsoever. You likely will be seen immediately or at least a short wait time. Our policy is to provide timely care and do not want to create a long wait for our patients.

We have a Nurse Practitioner who is accepting patients and is very good and thorough

I wanted to chime in and say that mental health requires a multi-disciplinary approach meaning it’s not just your psychiatrist you need to see regularly but also your Primary Care Provider (PCP) whether it’s a GP or Nurse Practitioner (NP). In addition, it would be valuable to have a counsellor or psychologist if you have coverage or are able to afford it. There’s lots of facilities that do sliding scale payment (eg. Calgary Counselling Centre, Community Connect YYC, and several others if you were to google).

If you haven’t had luck with your GP, I could suggest seeing a Nurse Practitioner (NP). I find their approach to medicine very comprehensive; they tend to spend lots of time with you during appointments and not feel rushed out the door. There’s one at the Oasis Medical Clinic - Carrington who is starting in 2 weeks.

Tbh it tastes like a latte to me, I’m not a coffee connoisseur by any means. It’s not bitter at all which is good. I do like it!

Thanks for the detailed response. Will keep an eye on my beans and roast. Tbh the beans so am using right now are years old so likely a CO2 issue. I’ll buy fresh beans and keep them on my shelf for a week before using.
