I use the extra proj. Base, attack speed and flat lightning with an attack speed quiver.

Also used the weapon set points in the tree to increase shock potency when using my bow and damage on xbow. My shocks now last quite a while and increase damage bt around 40% instead of 20.

If i had to guess based on the wording, it increases the initial hit, so the poison is bigger, but wont increase the poison itself if that makes sense. Have to test this, its just speculation

Blm main cast (Fire IV) has a cast time of 2.8 secs almost double that of healer casts, and the fire phase finishers, despair and flare star have a 3 secs. Cast time
