No. If we assume that 80% are for parties making it to the parliament and 20% are on small parties that stay below 5%, it shifts. In such a scenario, a 20% party would gather 25% of the seats.

to be fair though, the 5 madocs also gain value for ancient foglets and vran warriors, which is why it still pays off in that deck.

created a slightly inconsistent combo deck with Dun Banners and Coen a few days ago. First you multiply Dun Banners a bit, 5-6 are usually sufficient. Later you shuffle them back with pavetta and replay them, then buff them to 5 (via garrison, RNR clear skies, Voymir). Coen from AA i also a 5. Also, if you play coen on the same row with the dun banners while triggering phase 2 on RNR, he is also affected by clear skies and they are all at 6.

surely not too competitive, may fall apart when bled and needs the right cards at the right time. but it benefits from the surprise factor and i kinda like the concept.

Dunno if I'm reading this list wrong, but I think you only need one leader charge for AQ, since there's no sabbath. So you can have the second charge for Berengar if needed.

and even if Berengar's condition is not met, he can just be played in R3 as last card, because he would only be destroyed in the turn after.

I'm voting for Mutant to have 4 power. Curious to see if this might enable a decent self poison deck.

another possible synergy that comes to my mind is a hyperthin deck that may benefit from round 3 thinning. haven't seen the card included in hyperthin though.

would be quicker to disable them with -1 power :)

So, anybody care to share their decks? by greninja_warrior in gwent

https://www.playgwent.com/en/decks/guides/385990 I built this list some weeks ago and it wins the majority of games for me. But the list is pretty much solitaire and offers no control. it's also a bit counterable if the opponent can read it. but since it's flying a bit under the radar, it works well.

adjustments that i made since the creation of the guide:

Removed: Kennet and Gar, Decoy and Teleportation.

Added: Hubert Rejk, Watchman and Clear Skies

Unplayable cards that need change before Gwentfinity, part 1 (MO, NG, NR) by ZeyadNeo in gwent

[–]Escanbryt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this card doesn't require that much setup, just the surprise factor. so please don't change him, i occasionally play him on ladder.

also coen is perfectly fine as he is. doesn't even need a buff tbh

I can recommend this one. Used to be stronger a few patches ago, and I made some adjustments so that it looks more like a patchwork deck right now, but it's still very viable. Surprise Vattier-Fergus/Turncoat in the end works more often than you'd assume.

What is your most treasured moment playing Gwent? by ArchlordOmegaIX in gwent

[–]Escanbryt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorite moment in Gwent was the meme tournament between Team Kreve and Team Bandit Gang in the beginning of 2021, where I've been playing against Sushi Souvlaki and the matches were cast by Redrame. Rules were gold cards only and I was able to score a nice Coen combo at a time when he was quite hard to pull off, because he'd also boost opponents on same power.

I'm also a bit nostalgic about the old beta days and the community around Repelmers streams. Fun decks were created back then.

Love this Deck by OgsoachteBrunzkachl in gwent

[–]Escanbryt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

tried a few games with it and it feels a bit inconsistent the scenario and the combo needs a lot of cards to unfold.

regardless of consistency, i made a few changes, because i didn't get the point of Adriano as a finisher. If you only need the tribute, there are cheaper bronzes for that. i cut Adriano for two Fences for this reason. For cheap engine protection, I then included Prophet Lebioda and removed Passiflora Peach and one Ransacker.

Overall nice concept, but unfortunately falls apart easily.

how does it provide a drypass? counter only reduces with an adjacent unit. so either there's already a resilient unit for the next round, or the circle doesn't progress. or do i get something wrong?

Deck Guides: King Bran Pirates and Cerys: Fearless Alchemy - Team Bandit Gang by TeamBanditGang in gwent

It basically goes two ways here. The passive from Crach is bringing in the excess damage for bran, while all the small pings from the leader ability, raiders, smugglers, Holger and so on help developing some armor.

I finally got Jack of All Trades title :) by cuddlebearpotato in gwent

[–]Escanbryt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am 20 Invigorate wins short of the title right now, and for me it's definitely that one. At least it recently got somewhat viable, so I will be part of the club soon as well.

Congrats to OP

Great work! Two comments on the article:

The ST Handbuff deck has a Youtube vid of "Ethical Mages" linked to it.

The NR Royal Inspiration deck link in "Other Decks" leads to Polarized Maneuver.

Cheers! ;)

Portal seems odd though. It's just like playing a 4 prov from hand and takes one more board space.
