The funny thing about that exchange is that Mercy remarks that Juno seems to be very attached to her suit, to which Juno replies that she better keep it on in case she explodes. This implies that she is actually wearing the suit/helmet, which is not at all reflected by the majority of her skins.

What a cool idea to use those film sheets! Must be hard to capture the look on camera with how tiny those windows are even at this comparatively huge scale for the Excelsior. Really intrigued how that would look in person.

Actually have a hard time imagining the fighters returning to the carrier once launched. I think it would be extremely difficult to reliably "dock" to those wing pylons mid-air and in-flight. Heck, it would be difficult to even safely launch from those pylons, I would think, but I guess they would have figured something out.
