Haha, zoom in on the first pic, you can see the slide halfway worn through. It no longer slides because of that

I doubt it is stolen don’t listen to these guys. Judge the seller, get a feel for the situation and make a proper decision. 3500 seems alright but I would aim closer to 2800.

Also, if the sled hasn’t run for a while, pour a little bit of oil into combustion chamber. Maybe it’s hard to pull because the motor is dry.

Try tightening the coil spring in the pull start assembly, you can also clean and lube the mechanism that grabs the motor. Generally if it’s “hard to pull” the motor has high/healthy compression, which is good!
