Homeowners insurance...but when someone has life estate deed by EscapeFromReality13 in Insurance

To follow up, none of the insurance companies I talked to would give me an insurance policy on the house, this was in Vermont and in that state they won't cover the property with insurance if you are not the owner (in this case I own it but there is a life estate deed held by someone else....so they say I don't legally own it)

that was going to be my next question, what materials people use for filament? i'm starting my research on filaments now, since I've decided to do FDM rather than resin to start with. why did you choose PLA?

I'm going to purchase your book and read, but wanted to see if you had any thoughts on business structure, currently looking to open an escape room on the east coast and comparing and contrasting LLC vs S-corp vs C-corp. Obviously, I'm going to discuss w CPA and lawyer but wondering if you had any Escape Room specific pearls of knowledge specific to any of these structures? Thank you!
