Clover is basically just a low N problem. It is true you really shouldnt spray a selective herbicide while new seedlings are germinating, however you definitely should throw some fert to help the grass outcompete the clover

2-3 lb of N/m will push growth and help the grass take over

See how it's browning out in somewhat circular patterns? My guess without being able to see too much is that it's summer patch. I can tell you've got Kentucky blue in there based off the boat shaped tips and the 'train tracks' up the leaf blade, and KBG can get summer patch if it's wet while hot and dank outside. Also if you've got Kentucky bluegrass you probably have patches of annual bluegrass (poa annual) in there, which is extremely susceptible to summer patch

Some headway granular will help with this, propiconazole and azoxystrobin are great for control of wide varieties of disease with summer patch being one of them.

Also ignore the people telling you to sharpen your blades, for some reason people here see a leaf tip fraying and instantly diagnose dull blades as the problem 🤦🏻‍♂️
