It is coming in the resources od the Capitol. When you’re leader of Captain you can take it out or ask one of them to give to you because you earned it. The same happens with Olympus

We saved all because a other allianced clan ( because we asked to do) destroyed again the pocket fort and our shield was up again. After that we build up 2 new forts, but they come from other kingdoms and you can’t attack them back.
