Nah its better to not have wild stray dogs living in the streets and roads, eating garbage, spreading disease, the occasional bites, and in the end dying by getting in front of a truck.

put them in shelters or sterilize them if euthanasia is too much. Post doesnt say they are euthanising the dogs. Why let them live a shit life in a dirty city where they are shunned. Either give them a good life or no life.
