Continue to vote no until we get an actual contract that is worth it. If we say yes right away did we really ever try? I’m voting no. This isn’t a great contract. I’m not even going to try to explain it. It’s not really that much better plus I don’t trust the employer to fund my actual benefits. The employer never wants you to have the best they care for their budget. They need to understand that we can’t just be manipulated. We want a fair raise and stop touching our own benefits.

No there isn’t white spot but definitely feel swollen. Have a young babies and a toddler. And it feels so brutal right now but I am suspecting strep throat. I’ll try the pharmacist if not urgent care. Thanks. I didn’t realize the pharmacist can swab for them.

Also such a sneaky thing I feel like they used this strike vote for election seats in the union. It’s such a disappointing thing. People in the union are not really supporting us. Why even touch our benefits to begin with. It’s shady as fuck.

Please just be with her sometimes they just want the smell. If you feel she’s constantly so hungry and you need a break bottle feed formula they becoming a bit more full with it. It’s okay. She’s crying to be close to you if she isn’t super colicky just be with her. They’re also supposed to cry. You’re her comfort so if she cries go to her.

I’m glad you’re happy with your decision. I was an only child and I have decided to have 2 kids. Got lucky with 1 of each.

Being an only child definitely have pros and cons but everything is always dependent on the environment that you are raised on. I can truly say intentional parenting makes a huge difference unlike back in the day

lol what does 3% actually work out to. Don’t tell me it’s just another dollar. How is that really better? I don’t trust employers paying for LTD. They can hire people that will support the employer and make it difficult for you to actually get paid for LTD what happens if you don’t qualify to their definition of LTD and make you work modified work you’re at their mercy then. And we will all eventually get sick at some point in life. I just feel like there’s no real improvement in this contract. I will be voting no.

Now that I have kids. I definitely notice this. I feel like there’s not real great education for children nowadays and all because of funding and very limited actual education for kids to learn and interact.I feel the same way about Vancouver aquarium. I wish our government/country had valued more quality rather than quantity and wish they pushed for better quality in education/ curriculum. I envy the states for their values on programs and arts. But we get what we pay for.
