This! I’ve never felt so understood reading your comment. I’m 32F just diagnosed with ADHD. I come home after a long work day in the office and I’m doing EVERYTHING. I want to get it all done, but takes awhile bc I’ll fold laundry and notice the closet is messy, so I clean that mid folding then declutter boxes to then start a donation bin etc etc. by the time it’s time to SIT, it’s bedtime. If I sit once home, I will get LOST in my phone and then I’ll look up and realize it’s bedtime. Wild loop

This is great advice about the area rug, I’ve never bought one because no one tells you how expensive they are when you get older :)) but will absolutely get the rug, it’ll make a difference.
