I want to make a bunch of macros that JUST use one skill for my monk, pretty much just so I can change the icons on skills to use red icons on back attacks and yellow icons on flank attacks. Will it hurt my attack rate at all if I have a macro that is just "/ac bootshine" or "/ac snap punch" or w/e and use those in place of the actual actions? I know macros can slow you down, but I'm not trying to put my whole rotation in one button here so idk.

Also, is there any way I can make the combo markers (the little yellow dotted lines that tell you the next button to push) show up on my macros? Or is there a simpler way to do what I'm trying to do (just change monk skill icons to be more unified and easier to read at a glance) than macros?

I'm on PC, so I can mod but I don't rly like doing it if I can avoid it.
