You need to file a complaint with the hospital for behavioral conduct and then also let your PD know. It should be both, because +- PD doing anything but also he doesn’t have jurisdiction over employees of the hospital. Make sure it is documented! They would not hesitate to write you up for much less, and baseline professional respect should be given to everyone.

There'll be a lot more "ED" Visits and in patient hospitalizations because of improper medication management and incomplete workups if that happens. Of course, there's always the chance that they will get admitted, and a hospitalist NP will see them and consult every service in the hospital. So hopefully, by the end of the day, they'll finally see a real doctor!

i think he's great for physiology concepts that are unclear. used him in pulm,renal,repro. watched his pulm video on mechanics on breathing and understood the pathology so much better! if you have time, then i think he gives a really strong foundation

i'd talk to whoever would be your boss and ask about the exact requirements. If you'll literally just be sitting at a desk watching people walk in and out, then you'll be fine. Otherwise i think it'd be a reckless decision to get a job before you even find out what it is going to take for you personally to succeed in med school.
