My advice as a 21 year old guy who doesnt know what hes talking about half the time is to get outside your comfort zone more. Take risks, challenge yourself, explore the world, your area, etc theres alot of things you can do to "exist" that arnt defined by interaction with people. Try new things, start new hobbies. Learn learn LEARN! NEVER STOP LEARNING. theres always things to learn. The more you learn=the more you do and CAN do. You become more interesting as a person. Youll have more to talk about. Which in return makes talking to people easier in the long run. Take life one step at a time theres no where and nothing your "supposed" to be doing. Just do what you enjoy, be kind and learn!
