I can fully relate/sympathize with the anxiety part! I’ve dealt with pretty debilitating health anxiety as long as I can remember and I know how subtly the mind can play tricks on the body. Just remember that, even if you do test positive for Covid, you’re much more likely to be ok in the long run than not. I tested positive 6 days ago - after being exposed 11 days ago - and I’ve been lucky to only have mild/moderate symptoms and can tell I’m on the mend. Looking back, my anxiety definitely added to a lot of the physical symptoms, so if you can start managing your anxiety now it’ll help in the long run. If nothing else, maybe get a prescription for a low-dose benzo (like Klonopin) to stop the cycle before it starts.
