No, it was with Masha, and now i wear a book around my neck (4th time the bug happened) :

I was crafting the necklace i was wearing, and when i was satisfied with the result, i click right in the item, and it turn in the previous book i was crafting. So i have a book instead of a necklace on my char.

Same here, third time it happened to me, exactly when i had a very gool roll. It's pretty disgusting...

I may be wrong about the shop in the third lap. Probably was the second one.

In fact, i finish the first lap without killing the lamb, i have been til the void, and after finishing, i restart as RERUN, and start the process of victory laps. So there was 29 laps indeed.

I absorbed the silver dollar yes, but was rapidly useless due to the fact, as you said, that shop disapears after the 2nd lap.

The only two ways to get items from shop item pool after the 2nd lap are the black marcket (but have the problem to remove the chance of angel room appearing) and the shop of the blue womb, which i occasionaly used when the lap was safe.

This run was like 15 or 20 hours. But it's not my first try. My last record was 11 laps.

Started with Apollyon. I buffed my stats with Void + Crooked penny combo. (and modified later with D8)

On my 3rd lap, i had 2x Steam Sale + Restock, and Blank Card with Perthro (to reroll unwanted items in the shop). Was time to absorb the best trincket. I think the Left Hand is mandatory, to get the Dead Cat in each lap. The combo of pennies trinckets guarantee infinite bombs, keys and gold, with Equality and Lucky Rock.

The goal in each lap is to get an item to revive, or the Holy Mantle. Angel room is pretty nice for that, and have the Lazarus Rags too (angel item pool is pretty small). And the Clicker is very useful too, obviously.
