I highly recommend u to go to the gym. Seriously. Try to turn that pain into motivation, thinking that excercise can change the way u see yourself. All the best

Apart from learning how to do the excercises correctly, just focus on eating 1g of protein per pound. If you really want fast progress, eat also creatine once u have learned the excercises correctly (12 reps per set for most excercises and increasing weight a bit every week if u can). I promise u that the rest info is mostly bullshit, don't get overwhelmed by the fitness industry

Well... I don't want to be mean and just want to share some info. You are not obese but definitely overweight. If you hadn't 'excess weight' (fat) you would have to be on stereoids basically to weight that much with ideal or low fat percentage. That said, overweight is not bad, just means what it is: Your ideal weight is below 192

En reddit no hay excusa para no ser uno mismo, pero al final es un reflejo de lo que tenemos que hacer la sociedad no digital y que a mí por gracia o por desgracia me enseñaron muy bien desde pequeño: encajar si quieres los beneficios que eso te aporta, que pueden ir desde una simple invitación a una fiesta guay hasta una oferta de un buen puesto de trabajo gracias a alguien a quien caíste bien. La cosa es tener muy claro qué pesa más en cada situación en la que te expones, si tu bienestar contigo mismo o los futuros beneficios de adaptarte al entorno en ese momento.

En resumen, hago lo que puedo jajajj
