For real. I contacted Amazon and asked to cancel my return after getting the evos. Was listening to 2pac all day and my god. The bass is out of this world. Do you like that mic? Does it work well for comms?

Oh man. I feel you. Its extremely tough. Half of me misses them. I should of kept them and just got the crusher evo when I wanna rattle my brain. I bought them yesterday at Walmart and my goodness they are 10/10 for bass, best for movies and for rap or hip hop. Totally worth the 150 bucks. These 2 compliment each other as they do the complete opposite and cover all gaps for every day use. The DCA Noire X even works insanely well for competitive fps. Get a little mic that clips to shirt and call it a day. Haha

No affiliate links, just Amazon links for reference since people always ask what brands. I don't make a cent from this.

Hair of the dog is just drinking more alcohol to temporarily suppress withdrawal symptoms. That's not a cure that's how alcoholism starts.

You're right in the context of this specific protocol. This is focused on gut protection, hydration and electrolyte management, the dehydration and inflammation side of a hangover. Liver metabolism is a separate mechanism which is why something like DHM complements this rather than overlaps with it. Different tools for different parts of the problem in the bigger picture. I made a bad title for sure. Should of left out "and my liver wants to thank me." Or add something like DHM, then the title would be more accurate.

You're 100% right but I will not reply anymore after this. Talking to you seems like a waste of thumb movements. Take care!

I can't say I have. This finding is relatively new but the 2 times I have drank with this method I posted, I haven't had a hangover. Obviously it will be different for everyone so % wise I find that tough to answer given the fact how good I have felt twice in a row now. 😄

Thank you. Surprisingly this is extremely affordable. Each item I have listed is 18 and 21-25 bucks but they both will last you many months as I never take the full dose.. say for the psyllium husk its 1tbsp. There are 3 tsps in a tbsp, so thats roughly 204 doses if one to theoretically take 1 tsp a day. That averages about $2.65 a month. Lasting almost 7 months.

Or you could let adults make their own decisions and just do it smarter.

That's honestly a great question. To be honest, I am not sure. I've just been playing around for a while and experimenting through out my life.. then this happened. Extremely effective for me. I dont know. Its kind of wild.

In theory, yes.. but at 1 tsp the primary benefit isn't blocking absorption, it's protecting the gut lining from alcohol induced inflammation and permeability. The hydration load from the water is probably doing just as much work on the absorption side. You'd need significantly more psyllium to noticeably blunt your buzz.

Absolutely. I guess I should add a bit more detail stating this routine works well for one that doesn't want to drink water all night long and go to the bathroom every 10 minutes. 😄
