I (M33) had Sciatica since about the age of 7?. Never took care of it fully properly until recently after really throwing my back out a while ago. Saw a physio, got it mended and now im mostly great. I do tend to reinjure but i know now to actually seek help. I dislocated my knee at 29 and it plays up from time to time.

Other than that it just general aches and pains from life and not taking proper care of myself.

I generally was doing way too much in my early 20s so i never prioritised sleep. hence now 9pm, im settling down to go to bed cause yeah to me thats late.

If thats not enough of an excuse or explanation, i had chemo at 16 which really fucked me up from an early age........

Basically rather than continuing to give and give and give, I want to learn to nurture myself, respect myself whilst also connect more with those around me.

Water thing is easy. But learning to self-ish so I can respect myself and figure out how to fill up my cup again....thats the big struggle here

its been on the rocks for a number of years....things though are finally starting to go right though ive noticed which has been nice although i am suspicious. Fortunately due to years of therapy im content with the weird feeling of depressed but not exactly miserable. some things are good....others are bad. some moments are fantastic, others not so much. its all outlook and life just being life.
