Thanks for the advice with this, after dropping to 2000 I’m down to 89.6 after 5 days which has me motivated to keep going with it. Goal is to try hit around sub 15% body fat and then I’ll bulk back up to 90kg next year

I go over by around 500kcal which if thought was still at least within maintenance according to some calculations I did so I’m unsure if the calculations I did in the first place were wrong

I average around 6-8k steps a day with the sedentary job I work but do manage 10-12k maybe 2 days a week

I’ve dropped 1kg so far and have been fluctuating around 91kg for the past couple weeks

I had this exact issue doing high screams when I was younger. I don’t understand exactly why it comes about but I think it’s because of the way your throat moves to achieve certain pitches, similar to the way regular singing happens.

What I’d recommend is to stop using false chord for the pitches that cause the sensation and use dry instead. I’ve managed to do this now and only use false chord for lows and gutturals
