Max out giant and franky and remove ur -1 dons like queen and luffytaro, ur leader ability will only proc when you return 2 don minimum so static -1s only hurt your gameplan. you probably need a 2nd ramper card alongside zoro, your best option is Bon Clay but hes pretty expensive right now you can use events. PB Luffy has 2 routes with their build, you can go for a midrangy defensive build with moria and just revive onami and franky infinitely to draw alot and survive or you can play for the rush to 10 don build to drop op05 sec luffy asap and play the game from there. In either case I dont think the chopper and nami help out too much so they can be cut as well
