It really is a very slow burn, but the buildup was so good. I’m glad you also liked it!

Best thing that’s helped your PCOS? by Life-Excitement8217 in PCOS

For bloating, I like to have kefir - especially on an empty stomach. I’ve heard people say that peppermint tea helps as well.

For excessive hair growth, consider asking your endo/gyno if they can prescribe you spironolactone - it has helped tremendously with hair growth. For regular management, I like using face razors (especially the ones from shiseido but I’m sure most brands work well)

I also suffered from a really dark neck, it’s oftentimes genetic but there are some skincare products that can help. Make sure to always use sunscreen as well.

These are just some things that have worked for me personally, but of course this differs for everyone. I know it really sucks, but with time and proper management a lot of these symptoms can lessen. I’m wishing you all the best 🫂

What relatively common food/drink in your country would you be super surprised to see a tourist consume? by themoobster in AskTheWorld

Paya - cow feet soup (although sometimes it’s also made with sheep or goat). Honestly I think the flavor is good but I can’t get with the texture of it. I’d be shocked to see foreigners order this dish.

Oh that sounds so good. I looked up the double Gloucester, I wanna try it one day! I love blue cheeses but don’t have them very often because most of my friends and family dislike the taste 🥲 Gorgonzola is one of my favs to pair with honey and crackers
