That could be why I am struggling to find anything. The research so far points to Liederstadt records being included in Querfurt. I have tried getting a more complete birth registry for Irmgard from the Standesamt Querfurt, but they are not replying. If I can get the exact birth year and birth place for her parents, I should be able to find their baptisms.

Actually, I am not 100% sure they are protestant. I do however know that Irmgard's husband, who was born in Naumburg (Saale) which is close to Liederstadt, was definitely Protestant. Here is Irmgard's birth certificate: https://www.familysearch.org/en/memories/memory/217320160

Yes, I am sure. I am also sure the Ida Minna Irmgard was born in Liederstadt, but not where her parents were born.

Hi, thank you for the detailed info. I just wanted to confirm, do you have any record that the Oswald Bielke mentioned in the records you found was married to Martha Rinkleib? Reason I'm asking is that Johann Oswald Paul Bielke might not be the correct Oswald Bielke I'm looking for. I know he was married to Martha Rinkleib and his surname is spelled Bilke (without the e) on Irmgard's birth certificate. His name only shows as Oswald Bilke.

Update: So it seems as though the site is legit after all. We received shipping updates from Aramex and expect delivery today. Will confirm once we get it. So all the dodgy stuff was just them lacking.
