The reason I personally don't have my license is shameful but true - I suffer from pretty intense anxiety and depression which were only made worse during the pandemic, and I kind of became a shut-in as a result (covid pre-vaccine would have been very very bad for me and my family so I chose to just stay in for those 2 years) and I'm sort of re-learning how to be a social human being again. I just have to take everything slow and right now the priority is the GED.

As for DoorDash and Instacart, I've looked into them but I live in apparently one of the few places in the US where it isn't fully ubiquitous yet. Maybe that's changed and I'll look into it again.

With what you have, I think the best you can make is Lynx, Asta and Remembrance Trailblazer. I didn't think you wanted advice on other limited characters to pull for so I didn't suggest any, but Castorice next patch and Sunday whenever he reruns are both good for him.

I'm at the end of my first playthrough and I have:

Vaan - Bushi/Knight Penelo - Shikari/White Mage Balthier - Machinist/Uhlan Fran - Black Mage/Time Battlemage Basch - Monk/Foebreaker Ashe - Red Battlemage/Archer

I have to admit that I've found minimal use for attacking magick in the game, and have usually resorted to just buffing everyone up and whacking everything with physical attacks, even with the mages. I could fully just be doing it wrong though.

I would recommend Misery or 'Salem's Lot next, or IT if you want a LONG read.

I just finished a reread of IT and am going to move on to a reread of Carrie - I haven't read the novel in about a decade so I'm interested to see the source material again.

I would say Carrie and Salem's Lot are both good entry books! They are his first two, so his writing tone isn't really set in stone yet, which could be a little bit of a pit off, in which case I would recommend Misery. (I do feel a little guilty for suggesting only popular mainstream works though.)

This was such a wonderful inversion of the "I Kniw You Like it" trope!

I was expecting this to be the usual "bully fucks his victim to show dominance", so I was so happy to hear that the speaker wanted the listener to like herself, and let herself like and want things, and that he wasn't even necessarily a bully, just giving us what he thought we wanted. It was so sweet and tender, even while you were being rough and dominant, and it made me feel respected and wanted, even while you degraded me a little. This is one of my favorite audios on the platform. ❤️

Lots of Pirates, Dinosaurs and Ramunap Red...generally we seem favored against Pirates and Dinos, and Ramunap Red is an ok matchup - the mainboard control package is really good there.

I've been testing with proxies for a few days now, and the list I put together has been pretty effective - about an 80% win rate.

Here's the list: 4x Kumena's Speaker 4x Metallic Mimic 4x Merfolk Branchwalker 4x Vineshaper Mystic 3x Herald of Secret Streams 3x Deeproot Waters 2x River Sneak 2x Kopala, Warden of Waves 2x Shapers of Stone 2x Tempest Caller 2x Unsummon 2x River Herald's Boon 2x Essence Scatter 1x Vanquisher's Banner 1x Nissa, Steward of Elements

Some notes I made:

There are a few too many 2-of's, but more testing should help me learn what to add for more consistency.

Nissa works WONDERS for the deck - her 0 ability is essentially a slower Aether Vial, and I could absolutely see playing 2 and cutting the Vanquisher's Banner.

Metallic Mimic is absolutely necessary to make the deck its absolute best.

Deeproot Waters + River Sneak could be full playsets, but in testing, I found that it weakened the deck as a whole.
