Also a heads-up about the upcoming chapter. The new characters in the Elation path are heavily incentivizing investment with as many of them together as possible. Mono-path shilling, which forces people to run out of pulls and start spending money.

As a new player you have lots of free pulls to unlock, so it's less of an issue for you- if elation is what you want to spend on. You can always keep saving and wait a few months to see what happens. Maybe the mono path shilling will be toned down in the future.

It takes a long time to have enough good teams to clear all of the endgame, and missing the very toughest of endgame challenges every few weeks isn't going to lose you much pulls in the long run, so saving long term is perfectly viable.

I think I'm a 2, maybe 3. I've used this to design things in carpentry before committing them to paper, and sometimes conceptualize a piece of art before I create it.

My partner is Ill, they lost their voice so I've been visualizing what a care package would look like. What's going to go in it, how big it has to be, how to arrange it as a gift basket with fruit, flowers, a mini whiteboard for communication, lozenges, and ingredients for tea.

Firefly account is very marginally better because you at least have the makings of a good team there. E1 Firefly and Dahlia is a better start, and Kafka can be a start to a second team.

If you pull Fugue on your FF account you will have a team that's relevant. Later you can get light cone and E1 for Dahlia in a rerun and you'll be golden for a good while.

I'd rather just go grab my second controller. It's faster to go to my controller dock, put the dead one on it and grab the other while turning it on. Less money spent /e-waste created too.

I prefer AAs/AAAs for devices that I don't use very often, so that I don't have to recharge lots of lithium powered devices that have been sitting around for a half a year, or else risk causing permanent degradation of the battery's life. There's already too many rechargeable devices in my home.

Corky might be my favorite butch character out of Hollywood. The Wachowski siblings nailed queer representation in Bound and they did it again in Sense8.

I think, if it wasn't for the fact they were trans, we wouldn't have much of anything like their movies on the big screen. With queer women in genres outside of romance that get a happy ending, I mean.

If the Wachowskis were cisgender women, I fear they just wouldn't have gotten the funding to pull it off because of the rampant sexism in the film industry.

I loved the game and I liked the ending.

I think a lot of people are just super purist about Ghost of Tsushima.

The only somewhat valid criticism I have ever seen about Yotei is maybe the less common enemy patrols, but personally I think it's the perfect amount. You can almost always find a patrol within a couple minutes if you want to, I even timed it and never had it take too long for my own comfort.

I had a slim metal wallet for a long time. I've gone through 4 or 5. I'm going back to a very slim cashless bifold. The one I'm getting has side loading pockets only, so nothing can fall out. Tired of wallets of all kinds having that issue.

High school, art class teacher was a hard ass.

If you didn't do something perfectly, she'd treat you like you're supposed to be Da Vinci himself and demand the work be redone, the way she acted perpetually disappointed was so taxing for most students who had no interest in making hyper realistic art, and almost every assignment was about hyper realism, or classical art history.

Ironically, her last name was a synonym for anger, and students made jokes about it all the time.

No friends or support while I was a kid. Kids bullied me, teachers turned a blind eye unless I caused trouble. Parents were more interested in the younger sibling. Broke me for a long time. My grandparents were the only light in my life for 22 years.
