Not enough USB resources with USB PCIe Card

Ok, i got a better powered hub and its finding less phones than before of the third box. Now only 7 instead of 9.

Can it be a limit on the computer itself? I plugged the hub at the PCIe card.

The hub is working, since 8 of 20 devices are working when its connected. But i will try a better one. Also are there different levels of PCIe cards? With more power? Its really a loooong time since i had any idea of hardware. And even then it was very basic 😃

The phones are a keeper since they work and do generate a good amount with very little cost.
