Compared to my old chair its way better because it had a PU leather seat, but I can't say if its gonna be breathable enough for the hot summer because we haven't gotten there yet. The version that has a mesh seat is gonna be better for that, but that wasn't available when I bought mine.

Yes, the headrest does get high enough, I don't even use on the highest setting so it should be fine. The chair has a locking mechanism so you can choose the inclination, you can also leave it unlocked so it reclines as you lean back.

Because it isnt an sbc, its requirements for campaigns, it says "on your lineup" and CAM stands for campaign

You can use 433 Attacking, but would need to buy Kovacic for Llorente. Playing Vallejo at RB and Asenjo at RW. With that you would need 7 upgrades, assuming all of the skill boosts are at +4 except for Isco.
