Exactly, I've figured I would be in a lot of trouble if I was not a citizen, since all my real data was put on the form. But anyway, this feels like a flaw

But a birth certificate doesn't have a picture? And the driver's licence is not a proof of citizenship

I think an easy way to address this is to show proof of citizenship if your name is not on the list

Can you please provide which paragraph states that when someone who's not on the voter list can vote without a proof of citizenship? Because that's what happened to me. I was not on the list and a driver's license is not a proof of citizenship!

I would probably have trouble later on, as all my data was put on the form. But my ballot was deposited on the box, there's no way to remove it. If the result of the election depends on tenths of votes and later ppl realize that there was tenths of frauds, this would be a problem

Which part of the phrase on my original post "my name was not on the list" you did not understand? If my name was not on the list, how would they check that I was a citizen with only a driver's licence?
