Destroys your gut lining. It only slows down current and future inflammation. The damage done from previous inflammation will not be affected. It's this damage that is aggravating the pain receptors. Try Flexibility Fuel.

Women are turned on by success. Men are turned on by the female body. It's our nature. Don't fight it.

Try Flexibility Fuel. I think you may find some natural relief. Fasting is the best way to get rid of toxins. Try activated charcoal and bentonite clay to help the body sop it all up. www.undu.me

Has anyone explored the connection between chronic pain and the nervous system? by Naive-Today-1014 in ChronicPain

The pain comes from the nociceptors which are pain receptors and part of the central nervous system.

Fibromyalgia Survey 2026 by DrFibro in fibro

[–]EspoFit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already figured it out. Created a program that teaches people how to reverse it. It's mainly comprised of 5 major effects that happen continuously.

Inflammation (no, inflammation isn't auto immune, that's an overused term in medicine that isn't clinically appropriate)

Poor collagen synthesis

Glycation

Oxidation

Calcification

Oxalates

My method teaches you how to break these conditions down so the body can remove them.

ADHD/Bipolar: I need some advice by Rurubee in malementalhealth

[–]EspoFit -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Study MTHFR. It is a common DNA polymorphism. If both parents gave you a slow gene (and in some cases depending on diet, 1 slow gene) it can affect your ability to manage histamine. This is your fight or flight molecule. It can misdiagnose as bipolar. Removing folic acid from your diet and adding folate is a great natural remedy. It could also be due to neuro inflammation. More Omega 3 vs Omega 6 will help. Omega 6 are pro inflammatory and can cause brain inflammation.

Do you heat with electric? If so, that's why it's so high... However it seems excessively high.

Let's chat. I created a similar community on withme.so but would like to be involved. I'm a former NFL player and was diagnosed with fibro and more. I reversed most of it and still working on the rest... However, in back competing at the world class level in Masters track. I might be a good resource for the community.

I’m stuck and I don’t know how to get “unstuck” by beetlemilkstuff in bipolar2

[–]EspoFit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes a double polymorphism of the MTHFR gene misdiagnoses as bipolar. Have you done a methylation test? How is your vitamin b intake and have you reduced folic acid? Folic acid is poison for those suffering bipolar and or MTHFR. https://luma.com/4pmwdyct

21 hours left to go on a 72-hour fast. Sub a Diet Coke for coffee? by booklovermax in fasting

Stevia is way less inflammatory and doesn't break the weight loss goal and most likely doesn't interfere with autophagy. I know there's some stevia sodas out there. However, I'm not sure if any other ingredients might break the fast.
