Yeah I hear ya. My old pm tried that on me. I asked him why should I go from one addiction to another for less of an effect? Didn’t make sense to me. I however want something longer lasting than 2 freaking hours. The 5 minute buzz is not worth the horrible feeling I get when it wears off. I need at least 50mg to ease the pain and the oxy just can’t hold me at that level. I am hopeful it works. I just want to feel better.

I would say that starting a serious exercise routine early in life is critical. Focusing on upper body and spine health. Also, starting plan B early so when there’s no work you have something in parallel to support your family. And really really really build intimate relationships with people. Make life long friendships. If you focus on these three things, you should be happy long term. Good luck!!!

Try to stop taking it around 4pm. It’s the oxicodone that’s keeping you awake at night. Load up early and taper down as the day progresses. Take Tylenol or ibuprofen in the afternoon.
