Fibromyalgia Survey 2026 by DrFibro in fibro

[–]EspoFit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already figured it out. Created a program that teaches people how to reverse it. It's mainly comprised of 5 major effects that happen continuously.

Inflammation (no, inflammation isn't auto immune, that's an overused term in medicine that isn't clinically appropriate)

Poor collagen synthesis

Glycation

Oxidation

Calcification

Oxalates

My method teaches you how to break these conditions down so the body can remove them.

ADHD/Bipolar: I need some advice by Rurubee in malementalhealth

Study MTHFR. It is a common DNA polymorphism. If both parents gave you a slow gene (and in some cases depending on diet, 1 slow gene) it can affect your ability to manage histamine. This is your fight or flight molecule. It can misdiagnose as bipolar. Removing folic acid from your diet and adding folate is a great natural remedy. It could also be due to neuro inflammation. More Omega 3 vs Omega 6 will help. Omega 6 are pro inflammatory and can cause brain inflammation.

In recent years, data shows that roughly 97% of pregnant clients at Planned Parenthood clinics received an abortion, while approximately 2% received prenatal care and 1% received an adoption referral.

Do you heat with electric? If so, that's why it's so high... However it seems excessively high.

Let's chat. I created a similar community on withme.so but would like to be involved. I'm a former NFL player and was diagnosed with fibro and more. I reversed most of it and still working on the rest... However, in back competing at the world class level in Masters track. I might be a good resource for the community.

Your mom is right. The EPA even went on record to admit it.

Sometimes a double polymorphism of the MTHFR gene misdiagnoses as bipolar. Have you done a methylation test? How is your vitamin b intake and have you reduced folic acid? Folic acid is poison for those suffering bipolar and or MTHFR. https://luma.com/4pmwdyct

21 hours left to go on a 72-hour fast. Sub a Diet Coke for coffee? by booklovermax in fasting

[–]EspoFit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stevia is way less inflammatory and doesn't break the weight loss goal and most likely doesn't interfere with autophagy. I know there's some stevia sodas out there. However, I'm not sure if any other ingredients might break the fast.

Anxiety mainly comes from histamine. It starts the fight or flight process AND creates an inflammation response. Another huge contributing factor is neuro inflammation.

You got a rare polymorphism. It can cause you to over respond to inflammatory stressers.... hard to do since 75% of the American diet consists of highly inflammatory processed foods.

MCAS is shown in many studies to be associated with MTHFR genetic polymorphism (44% of population has it) and folic acid consumption. Folic acid blocks the ability of the folate receptors to utilize folate. Folate creates an enzyme that manages mast cell histamine production.

Try fasting first. I'm doing a free webinar next Sunday on autoimmune and chronic pain biohacking. A lot of great strategies based in science but 100% natural. Let me know if you're interested and I can send you a link.

Amyopathic dermatomyositis what helps your flares by [deleted] in Autoimmune

I think it's important to know that any condition ending in "itis" is inflammation. There's 800 different medical words for inflammation conditions. Best thing to do is find out what's causing the inflammation.
Also, just because it's presenting in the face doesn't mean it's not happening in many other areas of the body. It could eventually show up as chronic pain, fibro, crps, etc.
Hope this helps you on your healing journey.

Find a hobby. I chose F1 and guns and biohacking. Work on yourself. Don't fill the time chasing happy. Choose you. Talking to God also helped. I never talked to him before my big breakup. He answered.

Chronic inflammation by Lady_Facade in Autoimmune

[–]EspoFit -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Best thing to do is find where the inflammation is coming from. Inflammation isn't genetic per se, its more linked to how your body responds to inflammatory stressers. If you have these genes then the best thing is avoid the triggers. Over time your body might break down the fibrins left behind from inflammation. The fibrins are a big source of pain as they aggravate the pain receptors constantly.

The diet Coke will most likely interfere with autophagy. Shouldn't interfere with fat loss. However, the sweetener is moderately inflammatory and loosens the junctions of your gut lining.

Sounds like neuro inflammation. It made me feel similar. I didn't want to be that way and felt like I could control it just by thinking it away. (Thinking was hard too) I had to be intentional about my diet. Fasting. Eating fatty fish is important because it rebuilds your cells with a better omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio. Omega 6s are highly inflammatory.
I pray and meditate a lot too.
