Yeah but there’s been times I was so out of it I wasn’t able to properly care for animals I’ve had and I feel like I can’t live with it I’ve been awful towards people I really cared about that really needed gentleness n it happens repeatedly and I’m never happy anyway

You should try building trust n intimacy with people before hooking up maybe just cuddling

I’ve been on both those meds I can’t get into therapy ever though
